Friendly Competition???

The friends list grows... and as that grows, the number of friendly competitors grow as well... Last night was a fruitful night on Xbox Live... managed to download two trailers, play Ridge Racer 6 against In The Zone88 and InTheNet, Play Global Time Attack (also in Ridge Racer 6...woo hoo managed to get ranked 542 in the world on the Lakeshore Drive - Class 2 race) and last but not least Jeanie and I managed another Hi-score in Hexic HD... but we're no where near the top spot hahahahaha

I'm On Xbox Live...

I'm finally on Xbox Live... click on the title of this post to view my gamertag... woo hoo... in short... the experience was fantastic... played Ridge Racer 6 online... it was only one race but it was enough to get me hooked... there was no lag... no lag whatsoever... man Xbox Live is good... it was not all rosy mind you... getting the 360 to recognise the internet connection took quite a bit of time... mainly because of the dns and advanced settings not to mention the downloading of the required updates... which I am told basically kills of backward compatibility for some games hahahaha... the Live Marketplace is a wonder in itself... there was so much content available for download and the Live Arcade was also great... many are not impressed by the arcade games because you can play similar games online for free... but hey this is in your living room while you lounge in your boxers on your sofa...
