I just realised something about lost planet... I think the cutscenes are pre-rendered... why do I think so??? well its simple actually, I was replaying it and when I got to the part where I had to face of Bandero, the cutscene showed a different vs from the one I was riding... So I tried again... and the same thing happened... So its more or less confirmed I guess... Am I wrong???
