When it comes to purchasing software, you're advised to purchase original software as opposed to bootlegs because of the peace of mind that you get when you purchase the former due to the availability of customer / tech support... So it saddens me when I purchase an original xbox 360 game (enchanted arms - asian version) and it is bugged since its release (a total of 300 gs of achievements cannot be unlocked vene if you have met all the requirements)... I for one have written to the relevant publisher citing the problem to which I have not gotten a single response... Its been more than a year, everyone that has purchased the asian version of the game has made the publisher aware of the problem one way or the other, but they seem disinterested in making things right... So much for peace of mind...
