Ok the tv guys have called... its confirmed, the convergence board and a couple ic's are burnt to a crisp... The cost of parts alone is RM 550.00... factor in the labour charges and on-sire repair costs plus the calibration and what not to get it running super fine again is another RM 150.00... Which brings the grand total to RM 700.00 for the mathematically challenged... Oh well I hope the tv is more well loved after this...
