Alot has happened in the past few days and no matter how hard we try, things can never go back to the way they were... Jeanie's dad was whisked to the hospital after he fell down just outside the Golden Landmark Hotel in Singapore on Wednesday night, and as we rushed to see him, he passed on due to a heart attack... Its been 4 days since then but everything still feels surreal... the whole process of rushing down to Singapore, claiming his body, getting him home, saying goodbye and the funeral seems more like a macabre nightmare than anything else... why then, haven't we awoken from this nightmare??? Why??? Its because no matter how much we refuse to believe that it happened, it happened and he will no longer a part of our lives no matter how much we wish for him to be so...

My heartfelt condolences to Jeanie and her family. I know its hard for her and for you as well.
I hope that the both of you will pull through alright.
