As you know, I recently put together a desktop and its my first ever non-prebuilt system…
And not too long after, I updated the parts a bit, in the bid to get more enjoyment out of my little system… After that little update in May, I managed to keep my desktop related purchases to a minimum (gaming peripherals, mice and speakers don’t count ok) and that has garnered massive approval from the wife… Well after behaving for 2 months, I made another upgrade… What did I upgrade???
The graphics card!!! I swapped out the Sapphire HD4850 DDR3 512mb for a HIS Radeon 4890 DDR5 1024mb!!!

In addition to the above, I’ll try to get my hands on the RE5 benchmark and post an update as soon as possible… Till then I guess I’ll ponder what I’ll update next…

Well prices are really low now... You can get the 2gb ddr5 vaporx 4890 for less than rm 950... But I am sure you have a triple sli monster somewhere hehehehe
